Surviving relatives include her daughters, Vanessa Green Townsend; brothers, Ernest Lee Green, Marshall Edward Green, Jr.; sister, Judy Marie Green; grandchildren, Xantippe, Xatanna and Xaria. Funeral service will take place on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church, 906 S Roxboro St, Durham, NC 27707, beginning at 1:00 p.m. A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
