Mr. Timothy "Pete" Marrell Shealey, age 44, departed this life on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Duke Regional Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Betty Shealy Strickland; daughters, Auca Royster, Gloria Hines; brother, Donald Shealey; sisters, Cultia Shealey, Matisha Shealey, Titianna Shealey and a special friend, Coka Shaw. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Scarborough and Hargett Memorial Chapel and Gardens, Inc., 923B Old Fayetteville Street, Durham, NC 27701, beginning at 2:00 p.m. A visitation with family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service.
